Power Orange Smoothie

2 cups skim or 1% Reiter Dairy Milk
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 to 6 large ice cubes
In a blender container combine Reiter milk, orange juice concentrate, powdered sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through opening in lid; blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. Yields 1 quart. Make 4 servings. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
Nutrition facts per serving: 170 calories, 5 g protein, 39 g carbohydrates, 0 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 60 mg sodium. Daily value 15% calcium. Note: Skim milk was used for the nutrition analysis of this recipe.
This recipe uses Reiter 1% Lowfat Milk.
