Mix together:
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped avocado
1 peeled and chopped cucumber
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
coarsely ground black pepper
Cover and refrigerate about one hour. Serve over a plate of Reiter small or large curd Cottage Cheese. Wow! Is it tasty!
This recipe uses Reiter Large Curd Cottage Cheese.
